To be young at heart, be like a kid, very spontaneous and will do anything; you learn rapidly, and you feel much better, healthier with much energy. Age doesn't matter but of course you can go back to being mentally older if you want to. Or return to being an old fart like you used to but we would not allow you to share anything about that in the blog because coming back to being old again specially mentally old, is only for those in the funny farm together with those always sad, depressed, always having an excuse to be unhappy and burnt out, and they're not and are never normal for the young at heart. If it really is difficult for an older person who's mentally old to be young at heart, then at least he or she should fake it, even if you don't even have a reason to have joy, or be happy about. It's because if you focus in being happy and you move your body to it, you'll definitely get the feelings of joy and happiness. This is called linking. But if you don't want to, then you're right, I respect your belief. For the young at heart, it is to CHANGE those limiting beliefs which people would normally have, like the normal tendency to look at worse things or to doubt. When you're lazy, most of us are, it's because there's not so much force that pulls us to what we want to have. Pull is much powerful than push.

You can say 'my goodness gracious'. Or use a "Yes!" or a great expression that you want for every movement of your body! Because that is the way to create an anchor on yourself! Every question in this site will need an answer with the equivalent action of your body. So that you would enjoy what you do. Great! When you move your body in a certain way, you really get the right feelings to it. If you don't want to you won't get your right feelings. If you want a right 'set of mind' then you should also have the right body movements. Mens sana et corpore sano or a congruent mind and body. If you just use your mind without the body movement it will by nature run opposite to each other. Like when your brain says I want to be a millionaire and you keep getting stucked up on your bed.
