When can you be unstoppable? It's when you recognize yourself, when you decide now, and when you choose the environment now.


Do you see things clearly? They say, the eyes are the windows to your soul. And it is only thru the heart that one can see. What is essential is invisible to the eyes. There are a lot of instances that what you see in things others don't see it because they are so much engrossed with themselves that they stopped to really look at things.


To really have some action on this, you got to move your body and make a sound often, that's the way how to enjoy what you're doing. So do it now.

When you feel good do it again.

How are you feeling right now?
What do you want to feel right now that will make you feel so excited or so much alive?
What do you think will make you feel so excited and so much alive?

And if you achieve your goal right now what will you feel?
How many of you will be willing to do something great for yourself?

Please answer the questions above for me first. What is important also is you got to really move your body or make sounds, this is how effective you would become.

(I honestly moved my body by activating it while I answer the questions truthfully. It made me so excited! Its different when I moved my body, I feel better. I'll do the same thing with the other questions.)

Great that's the very secret, and that's what the 90/10 principle is. 90% is how you react, and the first thing to do about it is give it your best smile, enjoy that smile with your body. In a switch you've just changed your focus, or literally in a heartbeat. Now who says you can't strengthen what you would like to strengthen, like when you want to really feel good.

It's really a privilege of being with you now. I'll be sharing with you experiences that I have had from a great author and teacher, Anthony Robbins, and most of which are verbatim. The rest of the words and ideas come from Robert Kiyosaki, John Maxwell, and other inspiring persons and authors whose more than 30 years of experience could easily be read in books and heard on videos. And now are available to you right now without further reinventing the wheel or trying to step to a new horizon of how to do things your way. In brief, what I'm saying is we all got our models now to copy and apply.
I’ve done a lot of living and as you have, I’m sure you lived a lot of different experiences, so I’m excited to share with you some distinctions that I know could make a difference in the quality of your life, huge difference, and that's not making an exaggeration.

But anything what I'll tell you will be a total waste of time if you just sit and read on passively.
Have you ever been to an environment such as this? And you learned something and you knew it was really valuable, and you believed it was valuable, no one was selling you on it, you knew it was important, you were excited about what you learned and you never actually applied what you did in any way? Have you done this before? Do you still feel intelligent?

I've also learned over the years, since 1990, that no matter what the subject is, is that in order for you and I to get something that's valuable out of this time, we're going to have to activate our minds and bodies. Similarly meant in Mens sana et corpore sano, a sound mind and sound body or a congruent mind with the body. If we sit and read passively as we learn, even if we're enjoying what we're learning, we don't retain it. We may retain it intellectually, we may have our notes from it but we don't actually follow thru. Do you agree with me on this?

If you just read on something it goes in and out of your head, it's interesting but what I like to do is for you to tap your best condition so you build muscles so you actually follow thru. For these things to really work you really have to really engage your body.

If you just sit and read on passively, within a week you'll remember less than 10% more or less of what you read, and that's not because you don't have a good memory, it's just because the information, you're going thru so much of you life with so much stimulation, it doesn't get retained.
If you take that information and you just write it down, and nothing else even if you never read the notes again, you retain about 30-40% more or less of what you've read, because the physical act of writing it down, makes you draw the groove deeper of what you've learned. Would you be willing to physically activate your body while you learn things that you read now?

If you can physically activate your body while you learn things now, if you can yell back the answers, if you can engage your nervous system then you retain about 85-90% of what you've heard yourself read. So I really want to make sure you are reading and you get what you're reading about. So when I ask you to do something, at the beginning it might feel a little different, which is to be much more animated in your response, and the reason for that is you know if all of us in this environment has had a problem and that is, we were basically trained to be educated and what happens is you got trained on what you have to do, when you get there on your chair, what are you supposed to do, sit down there and shut up. Don't talk to your neighbor, don't do anything when someone tells you what to do. Do you agree with me on this?

But today we live in the 21st century as corny as that may sound, and today you sit in your business and you don't talk to your neighbor, you're out of business, if you wait for someone to tell you what to do, then someone else is going to be succeeding and you're going to be waiting. Do you agree with me on this?

So what I'm going to ask you to do is to be much more active now, much more aggressive. So the mind set of using our bodies and using our voices is what I want you getting geared up for as if you’re sitting here right now, and let’s say you’re sitting passively, When you’re in school how do you sit? Usually in a peak learning state. And If you’re sitting here right now while I’m speaking and even if you’re enjoying yourself but you’re at passive state, the state of mind you’re in gets linked to what you’re learning, so if you can be sitting here and going, wow, I’m excited about this session even though you’re calm or whatever you’re saying If you’re in a casual state, as a quiet state, you’re going to have an information in and out. Do you agree with me on this?

And later on even if you’ve enjoyed, and you go, yeah, I really think I should do this, I should follow thru, I should make this happen because you’re passive. I’m going to ask you to become active, and the way we’re going to do it is a couple ways. If I ask you a question I’m going to ask you if you will, that you yell back the answer, that's of course while you're infront of your laptop or desktop, not because we have a bunch of positive thinking here, because I don’t just believe in positive thinking, I believe in action, in emotions, I believe in seeing things as they are, and not lying to yourself, I believe in seeing things as they are and not making it worse than it is, which a lot of most people do, and I believe in seeing it better than it is, and how do you close that gap. But to do that if you engage your body, the engagement of your body will bring your energy up, if your energy is higher, you retain it, but you first got to activate yourself, so are you willing to use your body when i ask questions? And you yell back the answer.

Oh no, that was not very good at all, do you understand why? Because if you engage your body, the engagement of your body will bring your energy up, if your energy is higher, you retain it, and if you keep on doing this in the beginning it feels kind of weird, especially for some people, but after a while you’ll start to see that it feeds your energy. And, when you have the energy, the energy will follow thru. Are you here because some area of your life, you really want to improve or change or become more successful? Are you reading this now for that reason?

If that’s true then the biggest thing we’re going to do, than from the thinking about it is the doing, and the way to do it is to train your body to be more active. Are you willing to do that? I’ll give you an example comparison about this. If you really want to learn rapidly, if you really want to change your life the way that you do this is to become more like a kid. Are you willing to do that? You can go back to being your older self if you want to later, or come back to being mentally old again. Are you willing to become young at heart like a kid?

Because kids instinctively do the things that make them more, learning very rapidly, and one of the things about the kids is they’ve a certain amount of energy. Before we teach them how to calm down and be in a certain way, isn’t that true? So kids when they’re learning, they’re like crazy and they’re willing to learn because they’re not worried about falling. If a kid falls down they get back up again but if adults, if you fall down we look around and say anybody see that? No, I’m not going to do that thing again.

As adults what we have to do is, engage yourself more, so today I’m going to ask you and invite you to decide right now for some couple of minutes, to be really effective you’re going to do things differently than you have in the past, because in the past, you went to a meeting or seminar, you went to an educated place, or in an environment like this you got good information, and you didn’t use it at all because you were passive.
 

I’m going to ask you to change that and so the way to think about that is, you don’t have to think about age in terms of energy. Energy is something that’s more psychology than it is age. Some people are very old but they’re very young at heart, and they have tremendous energy, and you can tell how old somebody is by the way they move. Alright, I don’t care what age you are today I want you to become a kid, just for a couple of minutes. I really want to know now if you want to?

You’re watching kids walk thru the living room like this, they walk along like this, they go whof, they walk off for no reason right after it. C’mon, who’s ever done this before? C’mon, well you see, you’re willing to be playful, you’re willing to do those things before the culture, any culture we’re in, it teaches us to getting quiet and kind of fit in. But that doesn’t allow you to use you’re responding in. So the way I’m looking at this is this, I don’t care what age you are today I want you to become a kid, just for a couple of minutes. You can always go back to being an old fart later on if you want to. But I want you to just try being like a kid. What makes you a kid is, you’re spontaneous, you want to try anything, you want to do anything, you go back and forth you’re not so passive, how many follow what I’m talking about here?

So I’ll give you an example comparison for this. When you turned to a very energetic age like 40, you’ll never forget, you got your friends that came to you and said, man you go like crazy, you did this for several times, you’re no athlete you know, you’re always going and going, you really should slow down, and you know some athletes retire around 40, you thought, they’re obviously the wrong people to spend your time with.

What human beings can do is incredible, but you got to become a kid again, so you start to remember what you’re capable of instead of an adult who goes, yeah, yeah, I’ve tried that before. Sometimes you have to meditate for long hours to find yourself to know what you are really capable of.

We got to get ourselves in a different state, a psychological emotional state where you’re like a kid again where you got that energy.

My point is simple, if you and I are going to get some value out of this day besides some information, we got to get ourselves in a different state, a psychological emotional state where you’re like a kid again where you got that energy. Do you follow me on this?

An example for that energy of a kid is simple. If I’m walking along and I’m you know, I’m 22 yrs old but I’m still a kid, you can use this example for yourself. I feel like when I’m walking along and let’s imagine there’s been a big rain storm something that’s easy to occur here, and there’s here some giant puddle in your way, if you’re mentally old regardless of your age, what do you do when you see that puddle in your way? What do you do? C’mon yell it out. What do you do? No, you don’t just walk around, you walk around and keep on complaining about it while you walk around it. Isn’t that what all people do? What does a kid do when they see that puddle there? What do they do? Right, bamm, I want to go for it! How many of you are willing to be a kid just for a few minutes? And you can always go back older if you want?
Now I don’t know why you're here reading this, I don’t know what made you decide to give up a day of your life and come to this site-meeting.

But my bet is there’s something you want to improve or change. Do you have something to improve or change?
Well the reason you want to improve or change it, has to do with a desire that everybody has, so, why are you here in this site?

What made you decide to come to this site? Are you open to business?
What’s your name, where are you from?
Why do you want the additional money? What do you think that’s going to give you?
And what do you hope to get?

Think of a specific goal or something that would excite you if you could achieve it. Whatever it is you want, I want you right now to think of a goal or desire. You have, any goal at all, a goal or desire? So that if you can make that happen it will excite you.

What’s something, that like maybe you don’t even totally believe that if you can make that happen, that will rock your world, that will excite you, you feel alive?

How many could think of a specific goal or something that would excite you if you could achieve it? If you could think of one that could excite you so I could have a real good sense if you got one or not.

Fantastic. Now I want you to say it out loud, what is that goal, what do you want to achieve, say it again out loud.
Whatever it is, what is it? Say it again out loud, say it out loud, go.

Now if you were to achieve that goal how would you feel?
See, if all of you think you’re going to feel, yeah, you bring it to yourself up, it ain’t worth all that effort.
My point is this, everything you say you want, if you said to me I want to make a hundred million pesos, or you said to me I want to create peace on earth, or you said I’m just trying to get my children to be happy for 5 minutes or you say I want to attract the love of my life,
Whatever you say you want, you only want it because you believe at some level, it’s going to make you feel in a certain way.
 

All you really want are feelings, If someone says I want a million pesos, I go great, you want a million pieces of papers with pictures of deceased notables on it? No!
You want what you think money would bring you, what do you think money would give you?
You might say freedom or security or power or the ability to give but those are all feelings aren’t they?

If you say I want a new car, what do you want the new car for? So I can get from point A to point B. But most people want a specific car because they associate a feeling to it, like sportiness or fun or newness or something.

Whatever you want, you want to feel it and yet most of us have forgotten the feelings we’re after and we’ve forgotten something else, the feelings that would make you feel so alive, the feeling that would make your life feel alive, I mean more excited, more passionate than ever, they’re available to you right now.

Because guess what?
If you achieve the goal you just said you’d achieve. That goal you really want, let’s pretend that you achieved it, you really achieved it and you’re feeling this great feeling.
Who’s going to make you feel good when you achieve that goal? You are!

The only reason that you’re feeling good is you’re going to give it to yourself at that point. So why wait, why not give it to yourself now. Some people say when they’ve been to a really tough time. If you’re really in a painful situation, in our country many times people say, well someday, we’ll look back and laugh on this. Say always to yourself why wait? See, we got to take control of our body now. If you kiss somebody and wham! you’re so excited, where is that excitement feeling coming from? Is it from one tissue kissing one tissue? No, that was true if kissing your dog would excite you. It’s because you have a belief in your mind that says when somebody with the same spiritual life, or who looks like this and their shaped like this, and kisses me like this, wow i feel like this, but if they’re shaped like this and they’re not spiritual, and they don’t believe what i believe then i stay away from them.
We create our own feelings. And I want to show you how you’d get those immediately because in the state that you feel alive, you’ll do the things you’re not doing, you’ll get momentum, you’ll get results. Does this make sense to you?

Remember whenever you are asked, answer it truthfully, with your body actions, that's where true feelings are activated when you're honest with yourself.

Would you like to have much more joy and happiness in your life? Then We’re not going to wait for it, we’re going to do it, let me show you what we’re going to do first. Emotions, emotions is what you’re after. Some emotions, some of you want joy, some of you want peace, some of you want success, some of you want love, some of you say, I want all of the above, alright. Do you want all of those things I just said?
Those emotions that are the reward of life are available in your body right now. The problem is most people are trying to get a good state of mind by trying to being positive and goes, I’m happy I’m happy I’m happy. And your brain goes you are not happy. Because the body teaches the mind what to feel, anymore than the mind and the body. In other words emotions, emotion is what you’re after.

You’re not after just the car, cars can get rusty and old, you’re after the emotion of getting that car. You’re after the emotion, of the freedom, you’re not after a person. you’re after the feelings of love or intimacy or passion or joy.
You’re not after money, oh yes I am, you’re after what money will give you, which is an emotion, right?

Something you’re after, and that thing you want you can have right now. And if you have the emotion now, you tend to get the goal quicker anyway. Do you have something that you want that you want to feel right now?

Because you’re not feeling so beat up, depressed or tired or down there’s energy flowing in. Feelings are created by motion. So I want you to notice that feelings, emotion is created by motion. The way you move, determines the way you feel. So if there’s a depressed person, do they take on a certain posture when people are sad and depressed? Of course they do. If somebody’s really depressed is their head up or down? C’mon quick which one? Are their eyes up or down? Are they breathing full or shallow? Are they talking loud or more quiet? Fast or more slow? Now how come you agree and you’re from a different place, and with others you are all saying the same thing, how come?

Because you all know what it takes to feel lousy, you’ve done it before.

Now if you take that same person and you change their body, you change the way they move, you change the way they breathe, you change their voice, you change their face, their biochemistry changes, they physically and emotionally change, its not fake, it literally triggers you, just like a drug would trigger you where there’s no side effects.

Experiment with how you use your body to feel in a certain way so I want you to experiment with how you use your body to feel in a certain way. Are you willing to do that?

C’mon shake up your body, and here’s what you’re going to do, I’m going to ask you in one moment to go and meet people, that you don’t know, you got to move around and introduce yourself to people. When you do this stuff. I want you to specifically greet people in a certain state of mind and emotion. I want you to greet people as if meeting them was a complete waste of your time, so when you do this I’m going to ask you to do this deliberately. Because I want you to notice what you have to do in your muscle face to feel like it’s a waste of your time. What do you have to do with the muscles around your mouth? How do you breathe where it’s a waste of your time, more shallow or more aggressive? Do you move straight towards them or do you hesitate? Is your voice louder or quite? I want you to notice what you do when it’s a waste of your time. Like this, you might say something like this, you sir come here, you come here what’s your name? What? Get out of here. Now, i want you to do this deliberately because i want you to notice 2 things: how does it feel when somebody greets you that way, that wouldn’t be hard to figure it out, but more importantly what do you do with your face, your voice, your body, your posture, gesture when it’s a waste of your time. Because we’re going to compare it later to a different feeling ok? So we know what we’ll do with our body, so I want you to get to as many people as you can and be like a little kid really go for it, that it’s a waste of your time go go introduce yourself to people.

Now, question, some of you, when I said you do this you couldn’t, you just said and were like hi but how many of you did this, how many of you acted like it was a waste of time? How many of you did this? Ok then I want you to yell out your answers. Yell out the answer it will also keep your energy high.
How many of you did it when it was a waste of your time, or bugged you?
How many of you had to change the muscles in your face? Did you change your posture when you did this?
Did you talk louder or quieter when it was a waste of your time?

Notice I didn’t tell you what to answer because this is what the body does, ah it’s just a waste of time.
Did you talk faster or slower? Which one? Did you go straight towards them or did you kind of hesitate a bit?
That’s right, and notice you're saying the same thing like other people because while we’re all different, we’ve all come from different cultures. What’s universal is the human body. If you use your body in a certain way you feel in a certain way. If you change the way you use it, you will feel differently and if you feel differently, you’ll do different things and that’s where success or failure comes from.

You would now observe that you are interacting online via this site.
Now I want you to do it this time as if you were definitely afraid someone was going to reject you. Let’s try a different state shake your body out.

Alright, now, here’s what I want you to do, this time I’m going to ask you to go greet people but this time I want you to do it in a different mental emotional state of mind. I want you to do it this time as if you were definitely afraid someone was going to reject you. So you might say something like this you might go say, hi, what’s your name? Thank you. (shyly) Now. I want you to be like a little kid and I want you to exaggerate and be playful.

Because if you’re a bored adult you’ll be doing like: why’re we doing this? But if you’re a kid I want you to explore because have you ever done this, have you ever been watching the olympics on television, ever been like sitting in your chair, sitting and you’re watching someone skiing or racketting the ball and as you’re sitting in your chair watching them and you're rocking your body to and fro? Have you ever done something like that? I want you to exaggerate those. Because when we’re scared, have you ever failed to follow thru at a goal? Because you’re afraid of being rejected or failing. Have you ever done this before raise your hand? If you don’t raise your hand you lie about other things too.
We’ve all done this. So don’t tell me you haven’t done it. I just want you to exaggerate what that fear is like, so you can see what do you do with your body, your face, your voice, when you’re really scared, when you’re definitely afraid of being rejected or failed. So greet as many people as you can but really be like a little kid and you’re totally afraid that they’re going to reject you and see what you’re doing to your body. That’s different than it’s a waste of your time. Ok. Greet as many people as you can like you’re afraid of them go, go, go.

Ok stop freeze, wherever you are. Shake your body out, shake it out. Now I’ve got a question, please yell out the answer, did you have to use your face differently to get fearful than you were in a waste of time, yes or no?
Did you change your posture when you were fearful yes or no? Ah. Did you change your breathing when you’re fearful yes or no? Did you breathe more full or more shallow, which one? Which one? Which one? Notice you're saying the same thing like the other people, I’m not telling you, but your body goes there doesn’t it? Did you talk more loudly or quietly when you were afraid. Faster or even slower? Mmm. Did you go straight towards them or did you hesitate? Even more than the other way didn’t you?

Now, shake your body out let’s do one more. This time I want you to really be playful, do you own your own business? Are you raising your hand? Keep your hands up. Congratulations, wonderful!

Are you in the profession of sales or marketing? You sell a market or product or service? Are you a teacher? doctor? or nurse raise your hand? a lawyer don’t raise your hand, no just kidding, just kidding. Now do you have a relationship with a human, with a human raise your hand? Then this is going to work for you. Are you ready?

Here’s what I want you to do, I want you to imagine this time that when you go to greet somebody whether they like you or not, in the first 5-10 seconds of meeting you, is going to determine whether they’ll do business with you or not. Now people would never judge people in the first 5-10 seconds. Would they, yes or no? Sure they do. Now here’s what I want you to do.

I want you to imagine it’s so important they like you in the first 5-10 seconds that if they don’t like you in the first 5-10 seconds they’re not going to do business with you and as a result your kids aren’t going to eat next week or if you have no children here’s what happens, if they don’t like you in the first 5-10 seconds meeting you, everyone you care about dies like pigs in hell. If it was that very important I bet you’d use your body wouldn’t you?

In order for you to feel like that you got to do that with your body, when I say now greet people as if whether or not they like you or not in the first 5 to 10 seconds determines whether or not everybody you care about lives or dies. Ready go.

Now I got a question. Did you use more of your body yes or no? Did you use more of your face yes or no? Did you rise up more or collapse, which one? Ah. Did you hesitate or go straight forward? Did you talk quiet or more loud? Faster or slower? Breathing shallow or more full? Now there’s so many people of every kind of belief system and for all over the world and you’re also saying the same thing.

You know why? Because in order for you to feel like that you got to do that with your body, regardless of your upbringing, regardless of your culture, the body is the creation of God, or nature, whatever you believe, but It’s the same for all of us, if we use it, it gives us amazing gifts. But most of us by our culture that conditions ourselves, if we use very little of it and so we feel very little experience very little. If you want a new life here is what you got to know, if you want to be successful, find out what failures do and don’t do that. And the majority of people are failing. If you do the opposite of everyone else your chances are much greater. Do you agree with me on this say I?


Better than the opposite is to learn what drives you, what turns you on, what moves you, now, did you give the best greeting you’re capable of giving a stranger, yes or no? Give me an answer, say out loud, yes or no? Is that the best greeting your capable of giving to a stranger yes or no? A yes, mostly no? Let’s review shall we, I say if you don’t give your best, everyone you care about dies. And you still didn’t give your best. We need to talk. Now if you said no, I honor you, because you were told that you speak the truth, weren’t you? Because whenever people say I’ve given my best, it’s always a lie, they’re not trying to lie it’s just because whenever you give what your best is what do you find out? That there’s always another level, isn’t there?

So what I want you to do is to take this up one more notch, this time I want you to greet somebody at a different level. This time I want you to greet somebody as if they’re like your long lost best friend, oh my God it’s Mary, there she is, oh my God… oh yes, yes. Mwah. Mwah. I want you to greet them. I want you to greet them like a long lost lover or best friend, go, go, go, go.


Did that feel better yes or no? If it felt better say yes. Did you use more of your body to do that, yes or no? More of the muscles in your face, yes or no? Did you have more breathe or less breathe? Did you move faster or slower? Did you hesitate or go straight forward? Now notice, by the way, did you enjoy that one a lot, say I. The mind says here is to wake up and use your nervous system in a whole new way, so you do things differently, do you have something you were here for and you were going to change? Did you come here with something? Say I. It will only change if you change your state. It will not change by learning information by itself.

Information without emotion is not retained. If I asked you where were you on 911 2001 even if you’re not from America, do you remember where you were when you heard about it, raise your hand, say I. If I asked you where you were in 909, of course you don’t remember at all. Just what’s the difference, emotion, if you had the emotion you would remember where you were, who you were speaking with, you could see it all. If I asked you what room number you were in a hotel, you don’t remember unless something special happened in that room number. Do you follow?


It is the emotion that changes things and what we need to do is remember that emotion is created by motion, the more you use of your body, the more you will feel or the more you will do or the more successful you’ll become. You see anyone who has that capacity, then you know how to put it in gear when you need to.

So I’m going to ask you to give yourself this gift. Now, why do you want to succeed, why do you want to achieve? Why do you want to make a difference, because of how you think it will make you feel. Is it true, yes or no?


Have you often been in front of a person and the first thing that you ask is, 'how are you feeling' or 'how are you'?

So I’m saying to you don’t wait to feel good. If people think, well, if I work really hard and eventually I get my goal then I feel good, have you ever achieved your goal? Have you ever achieved your goal that was important to you and you achieved it and your brain went, is this all there is? Have you had this experience, raise your hand say I. That’s a horrible feeling isn’t it, and it’s because you don’t understand that getting the goal is not enough. Get the feeling right. Goal too, you will achieve it also.

But you got to train your body to do this. Because our culture, all of our cultures in the world every culture is different. But all cultures teach you to fit in, and if you’re going to serve your community, your country, your family, and if you’re going to serve what God has made you to be whatever that distinction may be how do you language that, whatever you’re here for then you got to learn to put yourself in a different state. Do you follow?


So I’m saying to you, would you like to have more joy more happiness more ecstasy in your life? Do you like to have a lot more of those things say I? Anyone opposed to those feelings say I. Ok good. Then we’re not going to wait for them to happen. Emotions don’t just happen to you, you do them, you do them by the way you use your body and by what you focus on, those 2 together create your emotions or feelings.

So if we change the way we move, we change the way we feel. So here’s what we’re going to do. I want you to imagine this goal you have in your mind earlier you really want. A
goal, a dream, a desire, a fantasy that if you’re going to achieve it will so excite you. Do you follow, when you’re ready you know what will really excite you. If you got one raise your hand right now, say I. Great, I want you to imagine right now, you just achieved that goal, you really achieved it how will you feel? Eheh. I noticed how quickly that was over. See, if your brain goes I am going to work this hard so I go yeah for 2 seconds, your brain’s not going to do what’s necessary, you’re just going to get caught up in your daily life. Do you follow?

Most people do not have enough associated to what you want. Not enough draw. Most people are trying to push their way to get somewhere. But if you can imagine what you want and you make it strong enough, it will pull towards it. And pull is much more powerful than push. This man he feels lazy, he’s not lazy. He has infinite goals. Goals, that don’t hold him enough. That don’t excite him enough. He doesn’t believe in it enough. It’s not real enough. So of course he’s lazy, we’re all lazy when we have nothing to look forward to or nothing strong enough to pull us.

But we can change that in a heartbeat, but the way you got to change it you have to change your body first because if you ask somebody in this state, like this, they’re like, what do you want, and go(emote), I don’t know (mumbling), what do you think you want? I don’t know maybe. … now what do you think the chance of this person in ever getting any of that is? Zero. Because there’s no animation.

But if you get somebody totally in a peak state, you go, what do you want, then I’ll tell you what I want! And they’re referring to a different place, so we want to get in that place. Are you ready for it?

So here’s what I want you to do, shake your body out, and we’re going to take this to a whole level. Now here’s what we’re going to do you can take off your jacket if you’re wearing one so you could use more of your body not get too hot, here’s what we’re going to do, we’re going to celebrate for no good reason. Just because we chose to. Here’s what I mean. Listen to me now.

Most people spend their lives where they have very little joy, it’s not because joy isn’t there, it’s just they think life has to be in a certain way and then you get to feel joy for a moment someday in the future.

But what I want you to experience is total unrelenting playful crazy kid like passion, joy and celebration.

Now here’s what’s interesting, most people almost never do this, do they? Very rarely. Now I’m telling you this is because when most people celebrate, is when they have a baby. Oh my god it’s a boy, it’s a girl, if you see people they might even hug a stranger, and it’s ok. What else do people really celebrate, when they finish school? Yeah, I did it. Oh gosh! I have to go to work. What else do they celebrate, c’mon what else? That’s right, sports. Right, when a local sports team wins a championship, show me what happens, c’mon show me with your body, What do people do? Don’t people go crazy? Do they, yes or no? C’mon. They scream, they yell they jump, yeah we did it, we did it, what did you do, what do you mean we did it, you didn’t do a thing, you watched,that’s what you did. But I’m glad you’re finally happy, because some stranger did something you had nothing to do with. Now some people, and by the way it’s culturally acceptable to do this when a sports team, your local sports team or national team wins, isn’t it? People expect it, it’s totally cool. But some of you living in cities, and if it’s the only time you’re going to be happy when your local sports team wins, you’ll never gonna be happy. Do you follow?


So we don’t want to wait, we want to celebrate. Think about this, pls. Here’s a belief to try. You don’t need an excuse to be happy. And if you think that’s crazy, think about this, most people need an excuse to be unhappy, do they? How’s it going? Feels like crap. How come? Woke up... and, people go, I understand. See if you say how are you doing, I’m feeling so good, how come, i don’t know i just feel good, take him to the funny farm. But if people are depressed everybody thinks that’s normal or bored or tired or burnt out or stressed. So I’m saying to you, a muscle, how do you build a muscle, do you want to build your biceps, how do you build it, what do you got to do? C’mon what do you got to do? Not just exercise, you get exercises much a hundred times with a really light weight, and you won’t get anymore muscle. You have to take a weight that’s hard, that’s difficult. Isn’t it true? nd you got to push so hard, and when you feel you can’t do anything you got to push more. If I want to build my biceps, maybe I’d do curls with a weight. As I do this curls, let’s say, I took a huge weight that’s really hard to lift, and I’m going to do ten curls. Which one of those 10 curls do i want to do the least? Which one? Number 10. Which one gives you 90% of the growth? Who knows? Number 11. Do you follow?

Because, see, when you think you can’t do it and you make yourself push thru it, that’s where you get all the growth, how many of you know what I’m talking about here say I. So we want to train our emotional muscles. Because what’s more powerful than love, or faith, or courage, or determination, or passion. Think about it. And if your courage, you don’t use your courage, does it get stronger or weaker, which one? It get’s weaker. What you don’t use you lose, so the more we work the more we’re going to get, so we’re going to work our happiness, our joy, our ecstasy muscles. And here’s how we’re going to do it, in a moment we’re going to celebrate for no good reason. Just because we’re going to train our body to be this way again. So the way we’re going to do it, this is to remind you since many of you had not celebrated in a long time. That if you’re a little kid in you’re celebrating you would use your whole body.

So here’s the first key to celebration, your feet must come off the ground…. So you got two feet off the ground specially if you’re old mentally, specially.

Second thing is you must extend your body while you’re doing this because once you extend your body, you open your diaphragm and it changes your biochemistry.

3rd how many of you use sounds? When you’re really excited about something or at least when you were a kid, how many of us make sounds, say I. Right now just make some crazy sounds of excitement, c’mon make some sounds. C’mon, try another one, try another one. Try another one, try another sound. Yes. Very nice. Now, sounds change the way we feel but as cultures we learned to be quiet. When you’re a kid how many of you made weird noises all the time like tssk tsssk tssk? How many of you did this kind of stuff? C’mon say I. So what happens is part of the culture makes us not use that and to make us feel less alive. Do you agree with me on this?


So I want you to use sounds. In fact, how many like to sing, when no one’s around? How many would like to sing even though you sound like hell? You’re in your car, you’re singing, you’re walking, you drive up the stop light you’re still singing in your car, you look over there’s a person in a car that’s staring at you. What do you do? You quickly pick up your cellphone and act like you were talking to someone. Why do we sing even though we don’t sound good? Because in order to make sounds we have to move parts of your body.

Feelings or emotions created by motions. If you don’t use it, you lose it. So we’re going to leap, we’re going to stand, we’re going to use our voices and we’re going to celebrate like the greatest sports you won, like you have the ultimate achievement in your goals, like the happiest moment of your life. Now we’re going to do this celebration for just a few seconds. How would you want to try this, say I. Here we go clap 1, 2, 3… make a sound. If that feels good say yes. Say yes. Ok, give a high five to the someone around you. And grab a sit. Take a look at anyone around you, and notice if any of them around you did this this… gasping. Oh man. Whooo. Sure glad that’s over. Get back to the seminaring stuff.

Make sure you’re sitting up in a peak state, in a peak state even in your chair. Look at the person beside in a peak state if they’re not, adjust their state. See, I get results and the reason I get results is what I’m going to teach you right now. But the difference in how people perform is not based on their ability, what people can do is amazing but what they do is usually disappointing. And the reason it’s disappointing is not because they’re not smart it’s because they haven’t learned the number 1 key to the success in life, they have not learned how to master their own state.

How to master your state is the single most important distinction in your life. Bar none. No matter what you do for a living. No matter who you care about. Whether you’re parents, whether you’re someone’s law firm, whether a son a daughter, a mom. Do you follow me on this?


Whatever you want to do the most important skill in life is state management. If you can manage and master your states, there’s nothing you can’t do. Because the information about how to do things is all around us. Isn’t it true? If you want to make money there’s million of books, there’re millions of seminars you could go on line, you can do a million things. You want to change your body, there’re places, classes, courses, everywhere. We’re not hurting for information, in fact how many in your life know someone, how many of you know someone, that has something they need to change. They know they need to change it. They want to change it. And they even know how to change it, but they still don’t change it. Do you know something like this, raise your hand, say I. Do you know this person intimately? Yes. So the problem is not information, in fact let me tell you what I’ve learned, at this point in my life when you’ve been around people, face to face. And I’m talking about people from every walk of life with different cultures.

Here’s what I’ve learned. 80% of success is psychology and 20% is mechanics. 80% of success on anything is your psychology, your mind set, the emotions you bring to the table, 20% is the mechanics. The mechanics of anything can be figured out by anyone and most people even know enough to get their job done but they’re not doing it because their psychology is messed up, their state. The way of the place that they live. So I’m going to show you how to change your state and we’ve already been demonstrating the number 1 way. The number 1 way of changing your state is by changing the way you use your body. Do you follow?


But let me clarify of what I mean by state first. Have you ever done something when after you did it you’re back to yourself ahh. I can’t believe I said that. I can’t believe I did that. That was so stupid. Have you ever done this before, raise your hand say I. Have you ever done something where after you did it, you were like mmmm mmmm mmmm. That was me. You didn’t know how you did it but you impressed the heck out of yourself by doing it, have you ever done this before, say I. My goodness that’s the same person with the same ability and skill, how come in one situation, you’re brilliant and the other one now you’re an idiot, you’re the same person because what you succeed on or not is not based on intelligence it’s based on state first, state.

And here’s what’s nice, have you ever gotten in a state where you couldn’t remember your own telephone number, or your address, or your email, or how to spell a difficult word like the? Have you ever been in this place, c’mon raise your hand, say I.

On the other hand, you know why can’t you think of it, you know the answer, because in that moment you’re in what I call a stupid state, but as you changed when you changed your body, you changed your focus, and you go, oh yeah I remember, because you’re getting a new state and the answer is there.

So state is the basis of performance, you want to change your results, you want to change everything, you change your state. One of the ways we can do it, your 2 ways to change your state. If I want to change the results I’m getting. I got to change my actions but whether I take action or not it’s based in the state I’m in, so what are my ways of changing state, my no. 1 way, we call a radical change in your physiology. And physiology is just a fancy word for the physical body, if you want to change your state you got to make a radical change in using your physical body your physiology.

Now what does that mean, well there are many ways to change your physiology, the way you move, the way you breathe, the muscle tension in your face, or the relaxation, there’re a zillion ways to change your physiology. Some people when they don’t like the way they feel, some people in asia, when they don’t like the way they feel, what do they do? You tell me?


If you don’t like the way you feel what do most people in Asia do to change the way they feel instantly, shop, ok shopping, that seems to be quite inviting. Now, shopping makes you do two things, you change, you start moving around and doing something else which changes your body, but it also changes the second thing, so I revealed to you, the other thing that you change your state is change in what you focus on, because what you focus on, you feel.

If you start focusing on something you start to feel what you’re focusing on. If I say to you right now, I like you right now just for a moment take a deep breathe in, exhale and moan. Take another deep breath in and this time make it a sexual moan. Wow, that one was deeper and louder I noticed.


Now here’s what you do, close your eyes for a moment and I want you to focus on and remember one of the most romantic or sexy moments of your life, you don’t have to tell anybody just focus on it they can’t see you it’s in your head. Think of one of the most romantic or sexy or sensual moments of your life. And if you can’t think of anything, that serves as a clue.

Now as you focus on it, take that image of what you’re focusing on, make it bigger, bring the image of it closer. Make it sound even better. And if you’re feeling pretty good right now, say yes. Now, open your eyes and the feeling changed came, you didn’t really change your body this time did you? You just changed what you’re focusing on.


Now if I got you to think of one of the most miserable moments of your life, don’t go there, but if I did, do you think you’ll feel differently as you remember it, yes or no? Of course because focus equals feelings. Focus equals feelings. Can somebody have a great life and be miserable still because they focused on little things that bug them, yes or no? Focus equals feelings. Can you have everybody loving you and you still feel unloved, sure all you just got to do is focus on something that makes you unloved. Remember the time? Focus on the situation. Do you follow me on this?

 
2 ways to change how you feel is change your physiology (body) and your focus, so this woman says if I won’t go late, I’ll go shopping, so when she goes shopping she’s now physically moving and as she moves she changes her state and she’s focusing on things she likes, things she might want to have, and that focus changes the way she feels, how else do people change the way they feel in this culture?

If you’re feeling tired or frustrated or sad or bored or angry or worried, what do you do to change your state, what else do you change how you’re feeling? Eat, big one is eating, specially you eat something you really love, you focus on it and you feel it in your body specially if you’re over eating you start breathing again, you’re no longer stressed because you’re breathing in your stomach.

What else do people do? Drinking alcohol. alcohol will change your state radically by changing your biochemistry so many of us find ways to change our states but the problem is they have side effects, the side effects that you feel lousy the next day or you get fat or you get broke with a big credit card or whatever, so, there are easier and faster ways to make these changes they have no downside, and the first and most important way is by just radically changing the way you use your physical body.

Now, write this down if you would. If you want to know what’s shaping your destiny, shaping your life right now as we read, what’s going to determine how your life turns out, is it going to be the conditions of the world,
can the conditions outside be lousy and you still have a great time, yes or no? Can people be going broke or someone else gets rich, yes or no? Yes.

So are there people by the way who’ve been given everything, love from their family support, great education, economics and they’re still unhappy is that possible yes or no? So we like to believe that our life turns out because of our environment. Because of our biography, because of the way we grew up.

But the truth of the matter is you can find people who have been given everything and who spend their whole life going out of rehab for alcohol or drugs and they were given everything and then you find someone else who was treated meanly, harshly unfairly, they have no money, no education, no background and they become some of the most successful people in the world, is that true yes or no? So our biography, our past doesn’t equal our future unless we live that.

If you keep focusing on your past, and how it has kept you from what you want, you’re right. The people who have changed their lives, those individuals are the people who understand what power controls your life and that is decision. Do you follow me on this?


If you won’t change your life today you come reading this, nothing I say is going to change your life, it can be used by you to inspire yourself to change your life but the only thing that changes you is the decision, a real decision by the way, is when you take immediate massive what? Action on. If you don’t take action you don’t say decision you said preference.

I planned on like this to work out. When you decide something, when you decide, the word decide comes from latin, it’s just like incision, it means to cut off from. When you decide you’re going to do something you cut off any other any possibility.

You put yourself in a state that if you want to take the island you burn your boat because if there’s no going back you’re going to move forward, that’s the real decision.

Now I want to tell you right now, as you read on with me, those who’ve never read or heard this before. Your life in this moment has been controlled by 3 decisions, here’s the first one, as I’m speaking every moment of your life when I’m not here, later on you’re going to be making this decision, what are you going to focus on, because, whatever you focus on, you feel and you move towards, where focus goes energy flows.

Where focus goes energy flows. I’ll give you a simple example. if I want to go out and I want to, let’s say go to dinner with my husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend, let’s say you’re going to meet your husband or wife, your boyfriend or girlfriend at 7 o clock, and they tell you I’m going to meet you at 7 o' clock and you get to the restaurant at 7 o' clock and they’re not there. Tell me what you’re feeling right now, first gut response, you got there at 7 they’re not there, yell it out loud, what do you feel? Ok you’re really angry some of you say you’re really worried. Its only 7, let’s say it’s now 7:30.They have not shown up and they have not called and you’re still sitting here, now what are you feeling? C’mon yell out loud what are you feeling, really angry, really worried? Okay, 2 different people here, one saying angry, one saying worried, let’s say it’s now 8:30 you’ve been there since 7, they’ve not called and they’ve not shown up, now what are you feeling? This woman says: full, I’m not waiting for the bastard, good man, good, full. So let’s imagine now what happens, why is one person worried, and one person angry, is it because the person didn’t show up, no! It’s because the minute you’re alive every moment you have to decide what to focus on and then you made the second decision, what does this mean? The person who’s mad what do they focus on, they’re not here again, they’re late again, and the meaning they give is, they don’t care, or may they’re out screwing around with somebody else, will that get you upset, you bet. What if the person is worried what are they focusing on, their worrying, what might they be focusing on, you tell me c’mon, if you’re worried about the person, they didn’t show up, what are you focusing on? That’s right maybe they’re in an accident, and the meaning is that, oh my god may be they’re hurt and so now you’re worried. Do you follow me on this?


Whichever decision you make what you focus on, and the meaning you give it, completely controls your life. If that person never shows up, and they weren’t in an accident and they weren’t screwing around, the person who is angry, is going to treat them the way that makes them never want to come again, and the person who’s worried will treat them completely, differently, it has nothing to do with the event, it’s your decisions that are controlling your destiny.

So the first decision you make every moment, is what you focus on, am I going to focus on what I have or what I don’t have, what I can do or what I can’t do, what I’m in control of or what’s in control of me, am I going to focus on the past, the present, or the future?

Whatever you focus on completely changes the way you’re going to interact with people, it changes the way you feel, it changes your life. Doesn’t it? The 2nd decision you make is what does this mean, is this the end or the beginning? Is god punishing you right now by this situation that happened or is god challenging you or is God actually giving you a gift? See, the meaning you give something instantly changes the way you feel about it overnite. If you think that this is the beginning of a relationship you’re going to act very differently than you think it’s the end. The beginning of a job, than the end of the job or a BUSINESS. Do you follow what I’m talking about here say I. And when you can change that meaning, how fast can you change what you focus on? 

How fast can you change what things mean? Literally in a heartbeat you can change and when you change the meaning everything changes. 

Have you ever had something in your life that really upset you and then finally years later you got over it because you wind back and you looked and you know what? I realized now that if that didn’t happen I wouldn’t be who I am today, even though I hated that situation it made me stronger or more powerful or more caring, thank god that happened. Has that ever happened to you, say I. 

The reason you’re happy today is you’ve given it a different meaning, you’re focusing on a different aspect of it, if you changed what you focus on and you changed what something means, you changed your life in that instant.

Want to change your life? Make a new choice, make a new decision about what to focus on or what something means.

Now the tendency by the way is to focus on the worse, isn't it out of fear?

Let's say in just a 2 days you'll be able to drive a car. And you say to me that I know you're really positive and I'm full of crap. But you don't really know how you want to do it in 2 days, that's insane, well you're an agressive guy but that is crazy. You are smart, anybody who thinks he's going to do that in  2 days just learning to drive will get killed, but that's not how you will be trained. You will be put in a car for you to drive 90 km an hour, you'll really be going intensely, you have to concentrate intensely, and without you knowing it, one of the 4 wheels from the ground will lift up and you'll spin out of control in a direction. You see a wall that is made of brick. You hit that wall with that speed, you could be injured, you could die, you probably won't but you'd get injured, I get injured, and you got to pay for the car. If it's so you really have to pay attention now, I'm going to tell you the most important secret, listen to me now, because this is the secret of life. To be a good driver, I don't care how smart you are, I don't care how fast you are, I don't care how diligent you are, you are going to end up in a spin one day. 5t may be not your fault, there may be oil on the road you can't see, or the car in front of you ran smack in front of you. You're going to find yourself in a spin sooner or later, and the best drivers in the world are the ones that live.

It's in the way how to come out of a spin, isn't that a great metaphor for life. Don't we all know how to come out of a spin, a spin  in your BUSINESS, a spin in your being bored or depressed, a spin in your personal life. How do you come out of a spin determines more than anything else.

Here's all you got to remember, listen. Out of control? just do one thing, focus on where you want to go not on what you're afraid of. The mind always takes you to what you're afraid of would happen, you must direct your mind and body where you want to go.

What happens is, when you focus where you want to go, you unconsciously steer where you're focusing. This is a perfect metaphor for life, will it be easy? It wouldn't be easy. You get out there for the first time you're driving a car and you're going a 100 km an hour, you think that's going to take some concentration but it does, and sure enough you're ready, you're ready. You know what happens just like in life, life never makes things happen when you're ready. Boom! You bump as soon as you spin out of control against the wall, and nearly you stare at the wall because that's what you do, your eyes start to go there, you steer and steer right into it. This is why if you've ever seen or read about somebody driving down the country road in their sports car 120 km an hour, it's like one electric pole in 60 meters and it hits one electric pole. And they focused on what they don't want to hit and and he drives right into it. So as soon as you get in a spin, pull your face where you're going to turn to avoid the crash. Now, if you don't at that moment, it's because you want to see the death happen. It's all in your head and guess what happens unconsciously. You steer in the direction of the turn, in the right direction, and as soon as you're doing the right things, do you instantly get new results? Yes or no. No! This is the illusion because you've been doing this, you've been moving in this direction, you have momentum even though you've done the right thing you'll still keep skidding. Do you follow what I'm talking about here? Say I.

This is the same in your life, you bet. A guy says, I've been on a diet for 5 days and I haven't lost any weight, well, you've been a pig for 30 years, what would you expect. You've done the right things for say for 5 days, and you're going to keep doing the right things, you got the momentum, but if you keep doing the right thing, will it catch eventually? Yes or no. And then what happens, boom! You turn. Like in your case, you're fighting to see the death, and you know you keep on doing the turn, this feels like you're going to hit the wheel in the last second and the wheels catch, and you turn and you're heart is beating out of you. And it looks like you missed the wall by 12 inches, probably 5 feet, but in your head 12 inches. So I will ask you, did you learn. And you'd say, you didn't learn, because the next time you go, you're going brrroomm - I'm ready, I'm ready. Keep on going, concentration, boom! Spinning out of control, oh my God. But after enough times now, you just do it. And even though you're still going to the wrong direction, you don't look. You keep looking where you want to go and after a while you get confident and you turn and you turn and you turn.

I have a very important question for you, all of you. If you focus. If you focus on what you want instead of what you're afraid of, are you guaranteed not to hit the wall? Yes or no. No! There are no guarantees in life. But if you focus on the wall, are you guaranteed to hit it? Yes. What I'm telling you about is how you increase your probabilities many fold, but there's no guarantee.

So I said there are 3 decisions that controls your destiny, the first one: what you are going to focus on. Focus on what you're getting, what you're missing out on, what are you focusing on. What you focus on, you're going to feel even if it's not true.

Second, what does this mean? Is this the end of the beginning? Are you harassing me or teasing me or challenging me? Whatever meaning you give it controls how you feel. And you feelings and emotions control what you do, which is the 3rd decision, what am I going to do?

Every moment in your life, decide what am I going to focus on, what does this mean? You want to change your life, you got to change what you focus on. What it means, what you're doing, and life changes immediately in a heartbeat, you make it happen.

Now the question is this, how many people have ever made lousy decisions? Raise your hand, and say I. How many of us have ever made a tough decision and really did a good job, and you made it happen even though it's hard. How many of us have ever done this? Say I.

What's the difference between the lousy decisions and the good decisions, or there are many factors but then, the number one factor is the state when you made the decision.

If you're in a fearful state, if you're in a frustrated state, if you're bored or tired state, probably you'll make the same decision, if you're in a determined state, if you're in a loving state, if you're in a playful state, if you're in a passionate state. So we will be able to change our state quickly, you will start to play with it, and I'll show you now exactly what it means.

Number one way, a radical change in the way you use your physiology, your body. Second way, a radical change of what you focus on. Those two. You might say well, Tony Robbins (thanks to Tony), I'm trying to change the way I feel on doing this, this is bullshit. If you're doing one thing with your body and doing the opposite thing with our focus they cancel each other out and it doesn't work. But if you do the same think with your body, in your voice, and your focus, it changes how fast? How fast? C'mon. In a heartbeat literally.

Now I have a question for you. When you're in a better state, you treat people better or worse? Do you perform a higher level or lower level at work? Are you a better lover or worse lover? Now you're getting the important stuff, aren't you?

Now I have a question for you. Can you change other people's states by your state? A little or completely? Completely!

What language does your body really show?

When someone does something to his body it will tell you what it means.
Do to your body what you want to become.
And what you want to become you will achieve it, because the tendency is you will get it quicker. And again, what you don't use you lose.

If you want to project your most confident self, start by standing up straight, pull your shoulders back, and hold your head high. In assuming this physical condition you begin to feel surer of yourself. And add a genuine smile, you will affect your brain and emotions even more positively!

Studies say that a smile is feeling happy and if you put on a smile it induces physiological changes in body temperature, heart rate, and skin resistance. According to Carol Goman, the best way to create a smile is to think of something or someone that genuinely amuses or delights you. Research findings say that even if the smile were mechanically produced, positive feelings still emerge.

Your feelings affects your body language. If you are depressed, your shoulders are round, slump, and look down. If upbeat, you smile and hold yourself erect. Now, the reverse is also true. Your gestures, your movements, how you hold and carry yourself, and your facial expressions affect your emotions by sending messages back to your brain.

In formal speaking, your stand is vital. Stand tall with an upright posture and your head held high, it is the body language of competence, confidence, and power.

When talking with friends, you use your hands and face to help describe an event or object. You smile, frown, shrug your shoulders, and make broad sweeping gestures.

Someone is charismatic, the reason is, charisma is a body language that is completely congruent with the spoken word. What you are feeling internally is perfectly aligned with what you're expressing. Howard Friedman, a psychology professor, finds that charismatic people smile naturally, with wrinkling around the eyes, use a variety of gestures, and touch others during conversations. Thus when charismatic, others are somehow compelled to embrace your vision, whether it's corporate, social, religious or political.

Experiment with your appearance. Notice how people react to you when you wear certain colors or styles. Based on those reactions and your career goals, you can make an informed decision about how you want to "package" yourself.
Appropriate dress is a way of expressing respect for the situation and the people in it, so your look may change depending on the business circumstances. You could transform yourself into a professional whose outfit matches the you want to be perceived.
Clothing has an effect on both the wearer and the observer. It makes a strong visual statement about how you see yourself.
Although the saying, you can't judge a book by its cover, as to product packaging, people do judge and buy products based on how they look. In like manner, dress for the job you want, not the job you presently have.
